Below are some frequently asked questions. If you are wondering about something else, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and I will be happy to help.

Q. How are your items made?
All pieces are handmade by me in Oslo, Norway. Because of this, colors and sizes between individual items may vary slightly. I try to take accurate as possible photographs of all pieces and give appropriate measurements.
Q. How can I buy your pottery?
The easiest is if you head over to my shop. I announce each shop update on social media and send an e-mail to my mailing list, so make sure that you sign up! To sign up to the mailing list, send me a message and I add you to the list.
Q. I just ordered something. When do you ship it?
All ready to ship pieces will be sent within a week via post. You will get an e-mail with your tracking information once your order is shipped.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost varies depending on your location and the weight of the package. I know that this doesn`t help too much and you would like to get at least an estimation, so here is the price for sending two teacups: within Norway 150NOK /within Europe 340NOK/ rest of the world: 410NOK. Your actual shipping cost will be calculated once your order is packed. In case of multiple orders, I am happy to combine shipping and refund any extra costs that are not used. If you are planning to order a heavier or multiple items, feel free to contact email@example.com for an estimation of shipment cost.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I`m happy to ship your piece to wherever you are as long as you cover the cost of international shipping (and there is a post office nearby).
Q. I live in Oslo. Can I pick up my order personally?
For sure! I am happy to meet my customers. Please check the “Free local pick up” option when you order and I will contact you via e-mail with pick up instructions within 2-3 business days.
Q. How are the pieces packaged?
All orders are packed using recyclable materials where possible. I use paper boxes, craft paper and cardboard padding.
Q. Can I place a custom order?
Custom orders are accepted in limited quantity. Send me a message to discuss if I have time.
Q. Can I put my cup or plate in the dishwasher or microwave?
All my functional items are dishwasher and microwave-safe, but washing by hand is recommended to preserve the longevity of a piece (of course this depends on how clumsy you are…in my case the dishwasher is the safer option).
Q. My vase is not glazed from the outside. Is it still waterproof?
All the vases are covered with a transparent glaze from the inside and they are waterproof. You can take care of your vase by gently washing it with soap and water after use.
Q. I just opened my package and something is broken.
I know, I know it is really sad, but sometimes even with the most careful packing ceramics can break. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 as soon as possible to report any damage. If you received broken or damaged items, please take a picture and attach it to the email. A replacement or refund will be issued.
Q. I just opened my package and what I got does not look like what I expected. How can I return a piece?
When ordering, please make sure to carefully read the descriptions and check the size of the item. Please contact me at email@example.com within as soon as possible if you wish to return an item. If you are not satisfied with your order, I`m happy to issue you a refund. Items must be returned unused, undamaged in order to be refunded. Please make sure all pieces are individually wrapped and secured to avoid damage. I am unable to refund shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the items. I can not issue a refund until an item is physically back in the studio. I am not responsible for lost packages, or packages that are mistakenly marked as delivered by carriers.
